[Helpers] Website updates

Hi everybody!

I'm interested in helping with website updates.  I was just thinking about 
creating a website regarding this topic, I just didn't know that an 
opportunity would come this quick!.  I worked (only for 6 months though) 
working on a website for a community college, and I think that it won't be 
too hard to train me. One of the main questions would be what operating 
system do you use to do your updates? and what program do you use to edit 
your webpages?  I'm currently using a computer with windows running on it, 
and it looks to me that you mainly use either Unix or a Linux flavor (but I 
could be wrong).  I frankly do not know if the Operating system has to be 
the same for all parties to update webpages.

I don't know if I could help doing other stuff you might have in mind.

I can also translate some of the text to spanish (since spanish is my native 
language), but that could be something to put aside or not in the future of 
FST.
