[Helpers] Reconstructing Messages to send out as announcements for Chats and Classes with new dates and times

   Excellent, I anticipated that you would have questions, and your 
questions help me to order my thoughts. Gets me out of overwhelm to 
specific. Thank you.

   It is better having you do it because I could not even keep dates and 
times straight, posted the wrong date twice, and forgot two workshops and 
showed up late. I also rarely remember to post the chat reminder until it 
is 5 minutes before the chat starts.

    I am well aware of my limitations...  A short learning curve for you to 
get it right easily, is better than me struggling and still messing it up.

    Having these chat classes is a relatively new thing, I am still sorting 
out what works. Since many of those who attend the chats, are on this list 
I would like feedback about what works for you.

   Last month I experimented with doing two chats per week, and varying the 
times. I was trying to get a feel for what worked, for myself and those who 
attend, or want to attend. I feel two per week was too much, one per week 
with a second on alternate weeks would work better.

   I think having the second chat on the alternate Wednesdays when I am not 
doing KSN meetings would work. Fridays did not. I tend to run errands on 
Fridays that I have procrastinated doing earlier in the week... like, 
visiting the chiropractor 50 miles away.

   Mondays at 6 did not work so well, because it is a thing for me and the 
druid to wind up the weekend spending Monday evening together... especially 
a weekend like this one, where he is off fishing and I am home chained to 
my computer!
   Monday or Tues at 4pm would work better I think, for east coasters, 
folks in my western time zone are in the minority.
    I prefer not to conflict with Susan's KSN meetings and remote 
meditations, which are Tuesday evenings around 7 Denver time.

   I would like the second chats to be more euro and asia friendly.  I am 
very dyslexic with time zones, that is why I ask my clients to sort out 
when to call and tell me in my time zone. Some of the Wed, chats will be 
repeats of the Monday chats. Anytime Wed. between noon and 2am works for me.

   I could use some suggestions for new topics, too. At present they will 
be repeats because while I am able to teach a potentially infinite number 
of topics I am not clear what people want to see a chat about. Mostly the 
present topics were inspired by threads on K-list and the Tea Room.

   Chats are $50.usd, optional.. and I really need to make a paypal link on 
a web page somewhere for quick payments. The donation page works ok but it 
was not really intended for that use.

    KSN meetings are usually not themed.  They are improv.

    I also need to schedule a free chat that is exclusive to people who 
received Tummo initiation more than one year ago. I promised initiates an 
email or document explaining how to pass on the initiation but I got a 
writers block halfway through creating it, because some of the people who 
were asking were planning to sell it as Shaktipat.
   So, I will do it as a chat every 6 months, or edit the chat into an 
email of instructions.  I'll have to dig in my archives to get the 
invitation list.

   Haven't really had any "FST member only" chats in ages. I need to either 
schedule some, or quit saying I will.
