[Helpers] Time/ Dates and write up for announcements of Chats and KSN Meetings

I have one question, or maybe two lol! The
 world time clock says that you are located in MDT time
not PST  (see link below)

1-Would you please clarify that for me so that it can be listed correctly
on the chat times?
2-Please see dates that the chats fall on and let me know if the times work
the
way you wanted them to for the east coast and euro/asia.
I know you have been holding chats at 7PM est. time.. is that a better time
than 4 pm est?
3-Did you want to list a time for your Kundalini Support Meetings?

Perhaps we could take a poll on the Kundalist and get peoples input...

You mentioned that you should start holding FST chats or drop offering them.
My thoughts on this is.  Offer them by request only and charge $20 no
exceptions for
anyone that is interested that is a FST member.
 Don't make it optional to pay it.  Unless having it by donation
only serves some kind of tax purpose.
You also mentioned that you needed to type of some kind of instructions for
initiates to pass on tummo initiations.  I'm just reminding you of that.
If there is a way I can type that for you I'd be glad to.

The first date that is active is April 20th which is a KSN meeting. That is
on this Wednesday night.  So if you send out an announcement of this
you could do it tomorrow and be ahead of the game.

Network meets the first and third Wed. of every month. Email me for info if

The Kundalini Support Network

 is hosting a Kundalini Intensive weekend event in

 Canada with myself, Susan Carlson and Glenn Morris. Three
