Definitely. I already did this for myself so I could listen to some of the
lesson audio on my mp3 player while walking or waiting for the train. :) (I
can record a stream down to the computer and then work with it.)

What happens though since realplayer files are already compressed with
quality loss, it will be compressed again with a bit more loss. It's very
marginal though and reasonable if I work with it.  

The best however would be if I could get the original wave files that come
with the videos before it's compressed. If you want a bit higher quality,
that is. :)
