[Helpers] FST links - Volunteers?

I get the sense that everybody has already found their niches of helper
work, and that plates are full with to-dos. So if I am the primary
person on this project, that's cool. I just wanted to ask...

- Would anybody like to work on this project? It consists of performing
a web search on topics, requesting permissions, and mirroring sites.

If yes, please write back with the level in FST you've comfortably
reached, and in a few days I'll write back with assigned topics.
