[Helpers] Book writing - notes

Rich - we're on completely the same page. 

Yes, Microsoft Word has the formatting & indexing capability. Yes
wizards abound. I have however made some additional points that arise
from my having personally slugged through the creation of manuals,
mini-novels, and publications in this software. 

There are refinements to be kept in mind that can impart much higher
overall quality. These refinements are built on top of the basic
formatting, indexing, and wizarding capabilities. I didn't suggest the
basic stuff because from what I read in Mystress's emails, she's very
aware of the basics, and is instead looking to take her work to that
next level.
