[Helpers] Template - reduced images file size

I would like to check these page and see what you think...

This is the template that I showed before.

converted to gif.

Here is some tip about images!

JPG images has millions of color when GIF image has 246.

JPG is good for photograph GIF is good for vector base images
or less color images.

When you are working with JPG, more pixel mean bigger file size.
It means 200pix X 200pix jpg image is bigger and heavier than
30pix x 30pix jpg image.

When you are working with GIF, more color means bigger file 
size. It means 500pix X 500pix  can be smaller or same as 
10pix X 10pix. It's depends of how many color there is in the 
image.

To reduce the file size of the JPG image, you can compress
which will lower the quality or you can reduce the size of the
image by shrinking them. ex 100 pix to 50pix

To reduce the file size of the GIF image, you can reduce the
amount of the color in the image. 

NOTE!! Reducing pixel size of GIF image will not necessarily 
reduce the file size unless you are taking some color out.
