   I'm really happy to read this, Sandra!  Perfect that your doing this 
work is win/win.

   I have been sort of mentally absent too, but in a different way. Just 
working on other things,  internal and external housekeeping that gets 
neglected when I am in writing/working hyperfocus mode. Get my vibration 
higher so there is more joy and clarity.  Clearing space for creativity.

   August is always an interesting month of growth for me.

   I did  do some work on the course while off sailing, rewrote a couple of 
lessons. Could not get the book file opened on druid's laptop.  Richard has 
come up with some cool topics to make more mini-manuals that people could 
download as a pdf file and print at home, give to friends.  that is a nice 
win/win too because people get the information and I get the promotion.
