[Helpers] First lesson audio file up

I've just uploaded the first lesson audio file in mp3 format. 

You can listen to the file in two versions, one is unprocessed, simply
converted into 128kps mp3 formet. The other has some processing on it, a bit
of noise reduction and other things to shape it up a bit. I also went in and
manually toned down some really sharp Sss and Shh sounds. These probably
weren't in the original recording, but the real media conversion probably
made it that way.

Let me know what you think, and I'll proceed with the other files. :)
Although I probably won't do any manual editing or processing with any
lesson files past where I have gotten in the course yet. But I can
definitely convert those and give a closer look at them once I have taken
that lesson.
