[Helpers] FST links - Round 1

   It is all good.. It is mostly the lesson links I want to mirror, the 
others don't bother.
   Here are some corrected links... fixing them on the old site would be good.

   I think this link mostly appears in the older tea room archives... 
repairing it is low priority, but here is the correctiion.

   Correct is http://www.fire-serpent.com/tantra/clkarma.htm
   All audio links have an A for audio at the end. When the word ends in A 
already, it got missed!

    These bloody case sensitive errors continue to haunt me! I changed all 
the ram files to lower case, but apparently not all the content within them.
