[Helpers] FST links - Round 1

   Well, I was thinking about that, today... Sachiko felt it was better to 
make a new template, but has not defined how to get the old content, into 
the new template... or if she will do so.

   What did you have in mind, Sachiko?

   I am thinking to do as before, search and replace your new template, 
piece by piece  into the current new/old lessons. I do not know for sure, 
whether that will preserve some of the old errors, but I think I should be 
able to discover most of them.

   The javascript for the video and audio links will still have to be moved 
by hand... and I'd prefer not to be the one to do it! My ADD brain... but 
the lessons can continue to be updated before they get a final tweaking.

I want to compress the code, as well... and make it more helper-friendly 
with comment tags... and delete the links box from the lessons in favour of 
...??? What was the thought here? How about a popup window for the off site 
links? Can I paste in a link for a popup and we fill in the url later?

   OK, executive decision... Sandra, put the links into a simple text file, 
the same name as the lesson they belong to.  The off site links will popup 
or become SSI but will not be pasted directly into the lesson pages. Those 
links will be deleted and replaced with javascript or SSI.
   My sense of "Completeness" for the energy of a lesson, does not include 
the off site links, which lead out of my sphere.
