[Helpers] Wishing for a white board and post it notes...

   I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with information, and wishing there was 
a better way to organize progress on projects, etc.

   I'm finding snippets of info are getting lost. For example, I know 
Sandra tested all the next and back links, and compared it to the lesson 
list and wrote what was out of order... but   finding the info again in a 
growing haystack of emails is getting difficult. Hard for me to even find 
the rough drafts of the mirror requests I wrote, the "wanderer" post got 
away from me, half edited while I hunted...

   I'm wishing for a white board and post it notes, a way for us to all add 
to the information in a more accessible way, and what comes to mind is a 
bulletin board, where projects can be sorted by threads and important stuff 
can be made sticky to stay on top.
