    Organizing my thoughts...

  I need everybody except Sachiko to pull together and split up a job... it 
is not a difficult job, webdesign skills not required... but it does need 
to be done as next priority.

   The files have been put into the new template, but  there are two copies 
of each lesson and we do not know which has an updated essay and/or looks 
better visually.

   We need to weed out the pages: There are 112 files to be checked and 
compared, weeded down to 56 lessons.

   The reason why there are two, one with a plain filename and another with 
the date on the end, is that I accidentally made essay updates to two 
different versions of the site on my hard drive. I do not know which 
version is changed, and it has hard for me to tell because I know the 
content so well, I read from memory... not from the actual page. Probably 
most of them are the same, but we do need to locate and preserve the 
updated essays.

    You will also find that one page may look better visually than the next.

   While you are looking at the pages, make note of which version looks 
better, and of any errors you notice, besides the title headers still being 
messed up. Dealing with them is a separate task that happens once we have 
1/2 as many pages to do it on.

   I have made a "work" file listing all the pages, linked in course order 
so the group can easily split up the list according to where you are at in 
the course, and nobody has to disrupt that priority reading ahead.

   The pages at the top are preview pages, work with the lessons below.

   I will also post it to the list. Just /select which lessons you can do, 
let us know, then send that section of the page back to the list, with your 
notes.
