FAQ. Re: [Helpers] Introduction

I'm not having any luck getting through on the phone,
so I'll try this . . . 

Maybe I missed something critical in another posting,
or maybe my computer skills are more feable than I
realized, but where do I find/how do I access the live
version of the FAQ page?

And, are you looking to alter the questions
themselves, or just enhance the wording of the
answers, maybe the order of the questions, etc?
