By errors I was not thinking broken links, I was thinking stuff like an
experience in an essay table... or a page that has the wrong footer, or an
essay that seems to be missing or messed up... the text content.
The time of my Helpers is valuable to me, I would rather not waste
precious human moments doing something that Xenu can do. Aside from the
next and previous links, which Sandra C. sorted out already, all other
links can be tested automatically... and aside from the off site links, all
the broken ones are pretty much the same on every page... work in progress.
I'm finding it a little tricky to strike a balance, to be clear and
consice rather than detailed, explanatory and possibly confusing. I wrote a
much longer email detailing more clearly what errors to ignore, but I was
afraid it was too complicated and confusing and nobody would volunteer.
It seems to work best for me to explain a task briefly, in general terms
and then expand on it based on your questions and what y'all send back to
me... because then I know what to skip explaining because you know it
already... and you know it from getting your mind into the page, which is
difficult for me to explain over email.
So, while it may seem to you that I was not clear and you did it wrong,
in fact you did it right, I needed somebody to do that with at least one
lesson. Your list of all errors on a page allowed me to clarify them
individually, and refine my instructions, plus I can use it when I write
the longer email of page repairs. I probably would have missed some if I
had done it because I know them too well! :)
Good work, thank you!

Yes indeedy, suggestions about content are welcomed.
