[Helpers] Place for uploading sounds

Not sure if this went through earlier since I had problems with
subscription. If it did go through, I apologize for the spam. 

I have made several different chakra meditation sounds. But they are very
large files, and due to hackers probing my computer I can't keep the FTP I
have up all the time. So if there is any site, ftp or email address that
accepts large attachments, that would be wonderful. 

Also, I have taken a look at the lesson sound files, and I can definitely do
a little bit of restoration on them before converting them to mp3. For
example, there are beeps and glitches in some of the recordings that could
easily be fixed.   I'll keep you updated, just need somewhere to send them.
