[Helpers] Something fun for brain gender!

   Heya:

    dunno if I mentioned it here, but I was in a  car accident two weeks 
ago, got rear ended. "Mild to moderate whiplash" effectively prevents me 
from spending a lot of time at my desk writing.  Yesterday the chiro told 
me I would be hurting just as much in three weeks as I do now. Mwah.
