[Helpers] Gustaf: timezones and MP3s

I tend to confuse myself with timezones too. I am looking at it again. 2pm
your time is 11pm my time, sorry about that. My brain aches too O.o

They are both processed and converted to mp3 audiofiles, and you can find
them on your FTP, in the gustaf/lessons subfolder. I've set so it's pretty
much automated process, so I can make mp3 out of all the lessons on the CD,
including those I haven't done yet, without having to listen to them. I will
keep you posted!
