[Helpers] How to make a quiz.

Multiple choice (radio button) list should be easy to create.

Important things is that how you would like to gather the information.

for example... each question has variable that will be added as the
contestant answer the question.

Question #1
- choice 1 add point 1 for Witches
- choice 2 add point 1 for Shaman
- choice 3 add point 1 for Magician

so on....

Every answer add or subtract point to each variables and at the end
of the test greatest point gathered is picked. or something like 
that.....

How exactly would you categorize them? and distinguish each one
of them?
