[Helpers] List of Lessons

   Hello, Sandra:

   You might find it simpler to work with the completed word docs instead, 
because for some of the lessons I added some experiences already.

   What has been going on is I have been uploading word files as I consider 
them completed, to
http://www.fire-serpent.org/fscnew/current/tantra/word

   Then Hillary is going over them to adjust grammar, etc, then I compare 
versions and apply her changes, then upload them again.
