Aside to video editing, I'm helping prepare for the workshop in Sweden in June. 

Some news, I announced it to the yoga teacher's group and got a lot of support
from people who will help spread fliers at yoga centers, new age stores and
other place. Additionally, one of the ladies know a lot of people who have had
difficult k-risings and will gladely help spread information to them after I
told her about you and what you do. She had never heard about the Spiritual
Emergence network, but was absolutely thrilled with it and said that Sweden
needs something like it as well. 

What's left as far as I know is to find papers to put ads in and to contact
and see if they want to interview you and stuff like that. I'll do some
investigating!

Also I have asked about a cameraman. There might be someone at Starbreeze 
(where I work) who would be able to do it. He's not sure about his schedule
yet though. I've also gotten price info on professional camera men, and the
going rate is around 10k SEKfor a full weekend coverage, that's around 1000 Eur. 
If I got a friend to take care of it it would no doubt be a lot cheaper. I will
look at all the options so you can pick what suits you best. 

I've also checked about the rent/price for us to use the yoga centre.  
He made a proposal and said you can use it with no cost at all (including for
individual sessions) if he can attend the workshop in turn. If not I'm sure he'd 
give you a very fair rate. 

There are several printshops right in the are where I work, so I can get things
copied up real quick.
