This essay is really about sexual energy and gender, but I want to 
illustrate it with notes about biology.

   Biology shows that the prehistoric human sexual patterns, must have 
taken the form of a gang bang, like for a cat in heat. The evidence for 
this is written in our bodies, in how we are shaped, in our drives, and 
even in the subtle behaviours of sperm and egg.

   For one thing, analysis of male sperm shows variety. There are rangers, 
hunters, and lovers. A man makes one kind of sperm that is called "killer 
sperm" because its job is to find and kill sperm from other men. Further, 
the numbers of killer sperm are multiplied if he woman he is with, is 
another man's wife.  Nature winks at unfaithful lovers, because variety 
promotes evolution.

  The texture of frothy semen when it is first released, forms what is 
called a "soft plug." It is meant to plug a woman's cervix so sperm from 
other men cannot enter. With some insects and animals, the semen makes a 
hard plug, so genetic competition cannot enter at all. The life span of the 
soft plug is about five minutes, before it turns to liquid and flows out 
the yoni.

   The shape of the male penis is a suction pump. While this helps the 
spread of feminine lubricant, it also sucks other men's semen away, breaks 
up the soft plug to give the lover of the moment a better chance at

   Our biology suggests that monogamy is not part of natural human 
behaviour. Quite literally, we are not built for that.

As you may have understand already is the fact that Kundalini has a
transforming affect on your entire Being. It is the force that brings
out a more complete aspect of you, more unlimited. It moves you to every
polarity you can imagine and let you dissolve it.

If there is one polarity which is very obvious it is the male and female
polarity, and Kundalini is even going to dissolve this polarity within
you.

Men and women experience sexuality differently. Men tend to make love

the little light that brings Life, it moves, competing with it's fellow
seed till it reaches the womb, connects with it and vanishes into the
greater whole. The womb just Is. It is receptive, has the enormous power
of sustaining and nourishing Life.

From birth on, you are naturally connected with both the female and the
male energy and most of the time one is more dominant is strongly
correlated your body gender. So it is not that strange that this also
appears in your sexual energy is used. Aggressive/conquering or maybe
'waiting eternally for mister/miss right'

This difference maybe confusing or even frustrating when expectations
are created upon it. Then the polarities get into a knot, which has to
be untied first in order to see the two polarities. Then one can
identify with both of them, love each other till they dissolve.

This is where the Divine Beloved comes in. S/He can help you become more
in touch with your opposite sexual energy, get to know hir and make love
to hir.

I want to talk about sexual energy and gender. Men and women are very
different with their sexual energy. They're different with their
orientation to it. They're different with how often it comes up for them.
They're different with their drives and their needs. They're different in
so many ways. But for the moment, I really just want to talk about the
energy itself. But first of all, by sexual energy I'm really referring to
"Shakti". I'm referring to that Kundalini energy that's waiting in the Root
Chakra. I'm referring to how that moves up and expresses in your life.
 &nbsp; The
spiritual energy that is the sacred sexual energy that creation comes from.
Whether it's the creation of another human being, or an artistic creation,
or a batch of cookies, there is still some energy that goes into creation.

Now, women have about ten times more spiritual energy than men do. This
just is. For our purposes this has a lot of different effects.

What it means is that in a situation of patriarchy, women have had to make
themselves really small. They've had to diminish their pride in their
gender. They've had to diminish the power of women's blood even, to become
small enough not to be threatening to patriarchal men who were trying to do
this "dominion of nature" stuff. Alright? &nbsp; So patriarchy makes 
women smaller, because
they have to be smaller not to be threatening to men who only have ten
percent as much energy as they do. It really doesn't work, in that way.

As far as sexuality goes, there is a lot of Tantra Sex that suggests that men
should not ejaculate. The idea of this is that because man's
sexual/spiritual energy is so much more limited, they deplete themselves a
lot if they are actually aiming energy outward instead of focusing on
keeping their energy in and having it move up the spine to promote their
own evolution. &nbsp; Now I'm not in too much disagreement with 
this. I do
promote men learning to have orgasms without ejaculating, and this is quite
possible. In this course, there is a book that I recommend that will teach
you how to do that possibly better than I can, and that is called, "The ESO
Program".

Now women are exactly the opposite of this, because the more orgasms a woman
has, the more sensual and the more sexual energy that she gets. So women
don't have to hold back their orgasms or hold back their energy in that way
at all. Instead, it fuels them to learn to become multiply orgasmic or to even
learn to have extended orgasms.

Now how this works in the couple's dynamic
is very interesting, because the female has so much more of this spiritual
energy. You know there's the expression, "the power behind the throne."
and that really talks sometimes about how a man will become much more
successful if he's got the power of the greater female energy behind him.
Women can use their spiritual energy to bathe men in, and when they do that,
men start to glow.

You know, you've seen sometimes men who just have no
romance in their life, they kind of look like pound puppies sometimes,
because they are not being fed that essential feminine energy. Now there
may be some gay couples who are taking this course, and I'm not excluding
you with this. But I'm speaking here in general terms for the genders,
and how energy works in that dynamic.

Now on the other hand, if a man directs his sexual energy toward a woman
(because women have so much more of this Goddess-power), what he puts out
comes back multiplied. So a male in a state of surrender, devoting his
energy to a female, is going to end up really empowered a lot more than a guy
who's trying to be in charge, or than a man who is alone. The more of his
sexual energy he can dedicate to the Goddess within his female partner, the
taller he's going to stand, and the better he's going to feel about 
himself, and
the more loved and cherished and valuable he's going to feel on an inner level
of a sense of self confidence and self worth.

Now, as this relates in Tantra, once you get the empathy happening and the
couple is truly unified, the man very quickly discovers that her orgasms
feel a lot better than his do, and she can have more of them. So this means
that when you have the man focusing on giving the woman pleasure, then he
has a much better sexual experience. Not only because he's getting what he
puts out comes back multiplied, but he is actually getting a Tantric
experience of feeling his partner's orgasms without feeling the depleting
limited effect of his own orgasms. So it just keeps getting better and
better and better. It's a very powerful effect, and it's very very
beautiful.

So there's a lot of different dynamics like this. If you're a single male,
then I suggest that you learn to have orgasms without ejaculating, because
humans really do have two ways to evolve. One way is procreation: putting
the energy outward, making babies, generations changing, new generations
growing, and that's how most of nature does it. But Kundalini gives you
another option. Kundalini awakened people procreate by inspiration, by
awakening other people, and when you re-direct that sexual energy up and
inside of you, then it goes to work at the evolving the individual.

Evolving you to fulfill more of your inherent Divine potential to awaken new
codons of your DNA, to expand the dark sides of your brain, to awaken your
intuition so that you can be all you can be.

So it's important for both genders, think of your sexual pleasure as
belonging to the Goddess. Give it to Her; What you put out comes back
multiplied.

If you're a solo male, then direct your sexual energy towards
the Earth. Think of it as fertilizer to make the flowers grow, and also try
to redirect it up into your head. Goddess below, Goddess above,
however you want to think of it... but stop directing the sexual energy
towards different forms of pornography. You know, fantasizing about the
centerfolds or any of that sort of thing. Let it become much more internal.
Let it become a love relationship with your Inner Divine Beloved, and
surrender your sexual pleasure to Her as an act of worship. For women
it is the same, surrender your pleasure and your body to the Divine Beloved
within you.

Now, in a state of Tantra, each of us is worshiping the Divine in the other,
and celebrating it in ourselves. So that means the Divine energy just keeps
going in an upward spiral, and keeps getting stronger and clearer, and more
beautiful, and it evolves both of us.
 The genders are different. The
energy of the genders are different, not just in vibration, but most
especially in quantity. Women have ten times as much sexual
energy/spiritual energy as men do because we need it. We are the carriers
that make whole other human beings inside of our own bodies... and in order
to be able to do that, and then to nurture the children once they're grown,
we have to have a much bigger fount of this energy than men do.

I've said before that women are nature. Women are automatically much more
in tune with the phases of moon. Our bodies change with the tides, with the
feminine intuition. Part of that is simply having ten times more sexual
energy than men do.
 It's a little bit harder for men to open up that
intuition, and to get in touch with that aspect of themselves. Not only
because there is less energy, but also, of course, because of the divided
brain and some of the other different biological effects. &nbsp; So if 
you're a
male, send your sexual energy to Goddess within you, or devote it in service
to the woman in your life (or to the feminine qualities of the man in your
life, if that's how your relationship goes).

If you're a woman, devote your sexual energy to the Divine Beloved inside of
yourself. Enjoy your sexual energy. Don't be afraid of having as many
orgasms as you possibly can, and you'll also find that if you interrupt
your own orgasms, that they get better.
 Women have a three stage orgasm,
which means it comes up, and then there's this tension/plateau period (where
to the man quite often seems it like nothing is happening), but it's a
gathering energy before the sensual release... and if you actually interrupt
your orgasms before they go over the top and begin to spill, stop and
breathe for a moment. What you'll find is that when they resume, they go
back into climbing again. So instead of up -> over -> down, what happens 
is you
get into this stair-step effect of increasing/plateauing,
increasing/plateauing, increasing/plateauing, and eventually what will
happen is that it's almost like the switch gets broken. When it finally
hits the peak of how much pleasure you can stand, and you begin to go on the
downward swing, it doesn't stop. It almost gets into a free-flying space
where time slows down. Everything becomes very still, very languid, and it 
hardly takes any stimulation at all to just keep these waves of
orgasmic bliss flowing on and on and on.

Men can learn to do this as well. But it's a little easier for women to
learn it because we don't spill and have to start over and wait to recover.
So in some ways it's a lot easier for the woman to learn it, and the man to
promote it. Then with the process of Kundalini, with the process of
Tantric empathy, your male Beloved will get to share the pleasure that you
feel anyway, and both of you will be on a rocket ship of bliss to a higher
dimension. It's very beautiful; it's very worth doing. So, sexual energy
and genders, we're different. Women definitely have the advantage. We
don't have to worry about energy depletion because we've got so much. Men
have to be a little more careful about redirecting it.

I want to talk about sexual energy and gender. Men and women are very
different with their sexual energy. They're different with their
orientation to it. They're different with how often it comes up for them.
They're different with their drives and their needs. They're different in
so many ways. But for the moment, I really just want to talk about the
energy itself. But first of all, by sexual energy I'm really referring to
"Shakti". I'm referring to that Kundalini energy that's waiting in the Root
Chakra. I'm referring to how that moves up and expresses in your life.
 &nbsp; The
spiritual energy that is the sacred sexual energy that creation comes from.
Whether it's the creation of another human being, or an artistic creation,
or a batch of cookies, there is still some energy that goes into creation.

Now, women have about ten times more spiritual energy than men do. This
just is. For our purposes this has a lot of different effects.

What it means is that in a situation of patriarchy, women have had to make
themselves really small. They've had to diminish their pride in their
gender. They've had to diminish the power of women's blood even, to become
small enough not to be threatening to patriarchal men who were trying to do
this "dominion of nature" stuff. Alright? &nbsp; So patriarchy makes women smaller, because
they have to be smaller not to be threatening to men who only have ten
percent as much energy as they do. It really doesn't work, in that way.

As far as sexuality goes, there is a lot of Tantra Sex that suggests that men
should not ejaculate. The idea of this is that because man's
sexual/spiritual energy is so much more limited, they deplete themselves a
lot if they are actually aiming energy outward instead of focusing on
keeping their energy in and having it move up the spine to promote their
own evolution. &nbsp; Now I'm not in too much disagreement with this. I do
promote men learning to have orgasms without ejaculating, and this is quite
possible. In this course, there is a book that I recommend that will teach
you how to do that possibly better than I can, and that is called, "The ESO
Program".

Now women are exactly the opposite of this, because the more orgasms a woman
has, the more sensual and the more sexual energy that she gets. So women
don't have to hold back their orgasms or hold back their energy in that way
at all. Instead, it fuels them to learn to become multiply orgasmic or to even
learn to have extended orgasms.

Now how this works in the couple's dynamic
is very interesting, because the female has so much more of this spiritual
energy. You know there's the expression, "the power behind the throne."
and that really talks sometimes about how a man will become much more
successful if he's got the power of the greater female energy behind him.
Women can use their spiritual energy to bathe men in, and when they do that,
men start to glow.

You know, you've seen sometimes men who just have no
romance in their life, they kind of look like pound puppies sometimes,
because they are not being fed that essential feminine energy. Now there
may be some gay couples who are taking this course, and I'm not excluding
you with this. But I'm speaking here in general terms for the genders,
and how energy works in that dynamic.

Now on the other hand, if a man directs his sexual energy toward a woman
(because women have so much more of this Goddess-power), what he puts out
comes back multiplied. So a male in a state of surrender, devoting his
energy to a female, is going to end up really empowered a lot more than a guy
who's trying to be in charge, or than a man who is alone. The more of his
sexual energy he can dedicate to the Goddess within his female partner, the
taller he's going to stand, and the better he's going to feel about himself, and
the more loved and cherished and valuable he's going to feel on an inner level
of a sense of self confidence and self worth.

Now, as this relates in Tantra, once you get the empathy happening and the
couple is truly unified, the man very quickly discovers that her orgasms
feel a lot better than his do, and she can have more of them. So this means
that when you have the man focusing on giving the woman pleasure, then he
has a much better sexual experience. Not only because he's getting what he
puts out comes back multiplied, but he is actually getting a Tantric
experience of feeling his partner's orgasms without feeling the depleting
limited effect of his own orgasms. So it just keeps getting better and
better and better. It's a very powerful effect, and it's very very
beautiful.

So there's a lot of different dynamics like this. If you're a single male,
then I suggest that you learn to have orgasms without ejaculating, because
humans really do have two ways to evolve. One way is procreation: putting
the energy outward, making babies, generations changing, new generations
growing, and that's how most of nature does it. But Kundalini gives you
another option. Kundalini awakened people procreate by inspiration, by
awakening other people, and when you re-direct that sexual energy up and
inside of you, then it goes to work at the evolving the individual.

Evolving you to fulfill more of your inherent Divine potential to awaken new
codons of your DNA, to expand the dark sides of your brain, to awaken your
intuition so that you can be all you can be.

So it's important for both genders, think of your sexual pleasure as
belonging to the Goddess. Give it to Her; What you put out comes back
multiplied.

If you're a solo male, then direct your sexual energy towards
the Earth. Think of it as fertilizer to make the flowers grow, and also try
to redirect it up into your head. Goddess below, Goddess above,
however you want to think of it... but stop directing the sexual energy
towards different forms of pornography. You know, fantasizing about the
centerfolds or any of that sort of thing. Let it become much more internal.
Let it become a love relationship with your Inner Divine Beloved, and
surrender your sexual pleasure to Her as an act of worship. For women
it is the same, surrender your pleasure and your body to the Divine Beloved
within you.

Now, in a state of Tantra, each of us is worshiping the Divine in the other,
and celebrating it in ourselves. So that means the Divine energy just keeps
going in an upward spiral, and keeps getting stronger and clearer, and more
beautiful, and it evolves both of us. 
 The genders are different. The
energy of the genders are different, not just in vibration, but most
especially in quantity. Women have ten times as much sexual
energy/spiritual energy as men do because we need it. We are the carriers
that make whole other human beings inside of our own bodies... and in order
to be able to do that, and then to nurture the children once they're grown,
we have to have a much bigger fount of this energy than men do.

I've said before that women are nature. Women are automatically much more
in tune with the phases of moon. Our bodies change with the tides, with the
feminine intuition. Part of that is simply having ten times more sexual
energy than men do.
 It's a little bit harder for men to open up that
intuition, and to get in touch with that aspect of themselves. Not only
because there is less energy, but also, of course, because of the divided
brain and some of the other different biological effects. &nbsp; So if you're a
male, send your sexual energy to Goddess within you, or devote it in service
to the woman in your life (or to the feminine qualities of the man in your
life, if that's how your relationship goes).

If you're a woman, devote your sexual energy to the Divine Beloved inside of
yourself. Enjoy your sexual energy. Don't be afraid of having as many
orgasms as you possibly can, and you'll also find that if you interrupt
your own orgasms, that they get better. 
 Women have a three stage orgasm,
which means it comes up, and then there's this tension/plateau period (where
to the man quite often seems it like nothing is happening), but it's a
gathering energy before the sensual release... and if you actually interrupt
your orgasms before they go over the top and begin to spill, stop and
breathe for a moment. What you'll find is that when they resume, they go
back into climbing again. So instead of up -> over -> down, what happens is you
get into this stair-step effect of increasing/plateauing,
increasing/plateauing, increasing/plateauing, and eventually what will
happen is that it's almost like the switch gets broken. When it finally
hits the peak of how much pleasure you can stand, and you begin to go on the
downward swing, it doesn't stop. It almost gets into a free-flying space
where time slows down. Everything becomes very still, very languid, and it hardly takes any stimulation at all to just keep these waves of
orgasmic bliss flowing on and on and on.

Men can learn to do this as well. But it's a little easier for women to
learn it because we don't spill and have to start over and wait to recover.
So in some ways it's a lot easier for the woman to learn it, and the man to
promote it. Then with the process of Kundalini, with the process of
Tantric empathy, your male Beloved will get to share the pleasure that you
feel anyway, and both of you will be on a rocket ship of bliss to a higher
dimension. It's very beautiful; it's very worth doing. So, sexual energy
and genders, we're different. Women definitely have the advantage. We
don't have to worry about energy depletion because we've got so much. Men
have to be a little more careful about redirecting it.
