It's really a matter of how easy for all of us to access the files for 
alteration
and understand the organization. Well organized web site helps helper
understand and access to certain files quickly.

Please backup the whole site before you reconstruct. I think we should
figure out how it should be constructed before actually move files 
around
into a new folder. As long as there is backup then we can always go 
back...
