[Helpers] File renaming

  File renaming oooo scary, I'm lightheaded writing this!
   Everyone please archive this post, the list below will be part of the 
new "work" file.

   Originally, I named the HTML files according to what my old partner 
named the video files. He numbered them in the order they were videotaped, 
which is why the numbers are weird.. then gave up and just used names.  He 
had the vids on a windows server and used long, mixed case filenames, which 
made for a lot of broken links, especially when he bailed and I took over 
and moved them to a unix server.
  **All filenames must be lower case. **

   Each lesson has several parts in various directories. I have uploaded 
the ones that were not in the fscnew directory before, like the audio and 
video folders.

   Naming conventions:
   The lessons html are in the tantra directory.
   The audio files are in the audio directory and identified with an a on 
the end. Example filenamea.html  This could be changed to filename_a.html
   The link popups are in the poplink directory and are identified with _p. 
Example filename_p.html
    There are a few quote pages which are in the tantra directory and have 
an _q.html extension. Example filename_q.html
   The video files are in the virtual directory, and have a .ram extension. 
These are not the actual video files, they only call the files for 
realplayer, and tell it how to present them.

    Links within all these files will need to be changed as well... except 
for the link popups.

   The vids are all going to be redone by Gustaf, and he can name them 
according to the new filenames.
   The various work files and templates do not need to be renamed... 
although there are some isses with version control, espcially with the 
templates.

    Here is the list of lessons and videos, with the new filenames above 
the old. I have not specified all the variations of extensions because 
those don't need to be changed.

   What needs to be changed:
Lesson filenames .html
Audio filenames .htm
virtual folder filenames (.ram)
mp3 filenames  .mp3
popup link filenames .html
