   Good, perfect, thanks! I had thought that is how you said you would do 
it before... using underscores for the initial renaming, then deleting 
them. Yay!

    I have uploaded the new mp3 files into a new folder titled "mp3" in a 
subdirectory of "tantra"
   Sorry I did not do it before... but it would have made the zip huge.

    While I was at it, I changed the audio files on the live site to mp3 
instead of ram and /mp3/ instead of /virtual/, and uploaded the mp3s and 
new audio files to the live site. (fire-serpent.com) I haven't tested them 
yet. I might do the same for the vids later today. Move them off the other 
(rackspeed) server.

   the vids are not working on the public, "preview" lessons of the live 
site at the moment, and I dunno why! 404 error.

I noticed many of the audio files had an error. VALUE="  appeared 
inappropriately in two places in the audio file code, probably from an 
earlier search & replace.
I uploaded the repaired files into
fscnew/current/tantra/audio/repaired

  but it might be easier for you to search & replace the error, like I have 
done, than to rename again.

  wrong:

should be
<PARAM NAME="src" VALUE="../mp3/14matgod.mp3">

   Macromedia MX has arrived, I'm having some problems with the ownership 
transfer and activation because the old owner used a mac, but those will be 
resolved soon. I did get dreamweaver open and did the basic tutorial. I was 
glad to discover it is a lot like homesite.
    I bought homesite from Allaire, which was purchased by macromedia, 
which is now owned by Adobe... how things change!

   Thanks. Not sure we will need ram files if we abandon realplayer, but 
good to keep them for now.  What do you think about making the vids in Flash?

   OK, my fuzzy brain is not comprehending but do as you think best.

   Whups! Version control.. sigh. Took me an hour going through the 
multiple version of updates on my hard drive, and I'm still not totally 
sure I zipped the latest... did the best I was able. When you are done 
renaming I'm going to back up the whole mess of old versions onto a CD and 
delete them from my hard drive.

   Would it be of any benefit to you, for me to mail you a CD or DVD of all 
the old versions?

   I've attached 1grnd to this email, but it is the older form. The content 
will have to be pasted into the 1grnd you have now.

   Because those 3 are new and there is nothing taped for them yet.

   Hmm... I am not comprehending this.
   Have you looked at the vids? Seems we may have adjusted that one but not 
deleted the old version. The vids will be redone anyhow, so no worries.

   I can't find one either. Could be it never existed, that I missed it 
when making the audio files originally. Just make one, using the template 
of another.

   Really glad you are finding some of these old stupid ADD brain errors of 
mine!

   Another one that I think I asked to be edited later... meaning, I asked 
my old partner to adjust the vid and he did but I never deleted the old 
version from the work file. It is one of the longest vids though, split 
into two. I think it might refer to the smi or rm files, not the ram files.

   Yeah, I do that too. Better a blank file than a 404 error.
   fstcd.html exists, I probably just missed uploading it. I had to be 
selective because there is a lot of junk in my folders. Old versions etc.

   The others are new and not created yet. I hope I can remember what I had 
in mind when I made the links! Cannot recall if Shaktipat was supposed to 
be about booking sessions, or the energy of the lessons and how it works.

   many thanks... When the renaming is all done can you update/make a new 
"work" list and post it?

   I'm not sure if the other reorganization, putting each lesson into a 
folder with its various files, is worth doing. It will make the lesson 
links longer, and shorter is always better.
