[Helpers] File renaming

I am uploading files right now as I writ this email.

I also have another email comming up with TODO
list.

Current - Tantra - audio (00filename_a.htm /link to ram file)
                         |- audio_mp3 (00filename_a.htm /link to mp3
file)
                         |- images
                         |- mp3 (audio mp3 files 00filename.mp3)
                         |- poplink (popup link files
00filename_p.html)
                         |- virtual (ram files 00filename.ram)

I have created "audio_mp3" folder with files link to mp3 file.
just rename it to "audio" to use them.

There was poplink file which content  was same as lesson page.
I have switched the file to "001_plink_templatem_p.html" and
renamed to "01cintro_p.html"

- Lesson Title style is fixed according to
001_newtemplateMAS.html

I've notice the font style of the Title "#00: Lesson title "
wasn't consistent.

I have checked Lesson 1 thorugh 9 for sure and fixed some of these
page title according to this file "001_newtemplateMAS.html"

It needs to be check for rest of the site.
I'll add this to todo list.
