>From what I've seen FrontPage will automatically update all the links inside
the html pages when a file is renamed from within the application. It has to
catalogue and carry the whole site in one folder (or subfolders) to be able
to do this.

A link checker program can also find broken links. I can run one over the
html files once they are in place and accessible through the web server.
