[Helpers] Video update - Most of tape 3

I've been able to finish 5 working lessons so far from the tape 3a and
3b discs, these were the lessons without any major sync problems. I will
render these as well and put them up on the FTP. 

I found a more gentle and less destructive noisereduction method, so it
will sound a lot better now!  "Finished with temp intro" means I have
added the text and logo and fades like I did with the example lesson.
Any changes needed to be done will be easy to multiply on all the
lessons. All the slides, text etc are all realtime markers, so I can
make any adjustments you want very quickly and re-render.
