I'm guessing it could be the setting of the site that you have on your
Dreamweaver. If you have [fscnew] as local root folder, then change
it to [fscnew/Current] and see if it works.

.....................................................................................................
Try with this setting below for local info :

- Go to [Site] --> [Manage Site]

- Click [New] --> [Site]

- Click on [Advanced] tab.

- Under Category window on the left hand side. Click [Local info]

Site name: (name whatever you like ex: FST_online)

Local root folder: (on your heard drive)/fscnew/Current
(ex. D:\HP_mystress\fscnew\Current\)

Default images folder: (on your heard drive)/fscnew/Current/title
(ex. D:\HP_mystress\fscnew\Current\title)

HTTP address: http://www.fire-serpent.org/fscnew/current/

.....................................................................................................
Try this setting below for Remote Info:

Access: FTP
FTP host: ftp.fire-serpent.org
Host directly: /public_html/fscnew/current/
Login: (your login)
Password: (your password)
Check on [Enable file check in and check out]

This is how Check-in and Check-out works:
If you and your co-workers are working together on a larger site, the
file check-in and check-out feature helps to prevent you from
overwriting each others' files. Also, if you or your co-workers use
Macromedia Contribute, you must enable file check-in and check-out.
For the Trio Motors sample site, though, you don't need this feature.

Upload your local files

After setting up your local and remote folders, you can upload your
files from your local folder to the web server.

To upload your pages to a remote site:
1.. In the Files panel (Window > Files), select the site's local
root folder. This is the site on your heard drive.
(ex. D:\HP\HP_mystress\fscnew\Current\)

2.. Click the blue Put Files arrow icon in the Files panel toolbar.

Dreamweaver copies all the files to the remote folder you defined in
Define a remote folder. This operation may take some time, as
Dreamweaver must upload all the files in the site, including multiple
versions of some files for use with multiple tutorials.

3.. Open your remote site in a browser to make sure everything
uploaded correctly.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

I hope this will help you solve your problem. I've never used sever
connection through Dreamweaver, so I'm not sure all the details of
how it works.
