I'm not getting this. Exactly which files are you referring to?

I've lower the quality little bit and kept the format as JPG.

I think you can have some note saying that there is Flash contents on
the page. I used to create flash detector embed on the page to sort
out view with flash viewable setting and not.

Flash detector can be created as easy as have HTML page with small
flash file with URL to jump to next page if the flash file was 
successfully
played, but if the flash file is not played then refresh tag of the 
HTML
will have those viewer redirect to other pages with instruction of
downloading Flash Player and enabling whatever the features needs to
be enabled.
