Since I liked this option:

by year, making note of the best posts and what lesson they were about.

Then go through that list,  lesson by lesson and select the best for adding 
to the lesson content. I don't feel it is necessary to ask permission to 
link to a tea room post from a lesson, only to add the text to the lesson 
itself. "

I'll start looking at the archives year by year.  And I'll either e-mail or 
copy to a document whatever I feel it's relevant fo the lessons.   Also, I 
can look at all the lessons because I graduated from the course already.  :)
