   I got the problem sorted with the cron file from the calendar, sending 
emails every 15 minutes... it was a cron job going on fire-serpent.org 
looking for the missing K-teacher directory. Thanks Sachiko.

   Got the K teacher board sorted too... Sachiko came to the Helpers chat 
today and so did druid, in the end I re-read the codex again, but this time 
I got comprehension... for everyone to see a board, you select no 
usergroups. To limit, set what usergroups can do other stuff, like posting 
or making a poll.  Maybe that makes no sense.... but it worked.

   So now everyone including guests can see all the boards and categories 
except one hidden one labeled Admin, but only registered people can post. I 
am thinking to change it so guests can post to the guestbook board, but I 
already had to delete a member who joined in order to post viagra spam...

   In the secret admin category there are two boards, helpers and 
lineage... for web helpers and healer trainees, respectively.  I'm wanting 
to move this list there.

   I am going to delete the old helpers board, and maybe this list too, in 
a week or so to streamline things for my healing spine. One website to 
check for many different tasks.

   Email lets me down, and hard drives crash. For example, Sachiko lost all 
her mail and access info when a drive went. Servers seem sturdier, and info 
can be archived, board threads can be updated and revised indefinitely so 
it will be easier to keep track of ongoing projects. I hope!

   Please join the K-teacher board and when I see you are a member I will 
add you to the helpers group so you can access it.

Sachiko suggested a big things to do list: I think I will assemble it in 
the form of starting threads... Please also start threads on the helpers 
board about whatever you were working on, if you are still with me.... :) 
The helpers board is the only one that allows attachments... make things 
easier.
