[Helpers] 1-12 lesson files: cleaned up version -> Lesson 2

*sigh* Here's a few more I missed on this Lesson 2 (I'll double-check
before I send the next few).

CORRECTIONS
14matgod_18-12-03.html is the latest version with the updated essay.
There is space for .RAM graphic at the top of the page, however - it
did not load properly.
There is a "Realmedia Video" text graphic at the top, and it is
illegible like the "Audio Only".
The sentence at the bottom of the page: "This page is located at..."
lists both old and new address, and needs to list only the new.

Therefore, on 14matgod_18-12-03.html
- If not itemized in the corrections, all other comments apply.
- Horizontal scrolling needs fixed.
