It's a function in Microsoft Word. An icon usually appears in the
standard toolbar. It looks like a little paintbrush with yellow
bristles. Select some text, click the icon once, and then select some
other area. The 2nd area is completely converted in every way to all
the formatting of the 1st. Select some text, click the icon twice, and
then select unlimited sections and areas to convert them to the 1st. It
makes very quick work of bringing a document into publishable form.
