I'm using 6.0 which  has some tools and windows are moved round
since 5. But I remember I was using last version fine. It comes with
Image Ready, right?

This is what I do....

Step 1. Save the PSD file as original. You will be always working on
this file.

Step 2. Once the image is ready to go,,,,
 go to File ->Save for web...
or
Press  Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S at the same time will do the same.

Step 3. Choose the file format at quality. You can play around little
bit and compare with original to check the qualities until you get
the result you like.

Step 4. Once you got the result you like, then click on the window
to choose that setting.

Step 5. Click OK to save the file. Hit Enter key will do the same.

I have set the width of the table to 95% which is the same
setting as Essay table.

I wasn't sure what exactly you would like me to do here...
But, I assume that you would like to have titletable.html in
fscnew folder and fscnew/tantra folder as well?

Since I don't know exact setting for the popup window, I have set
the table with as 450 pixel which might be too big if there is scroll
bar.

If you give me the feature setting (tool bar, status bar, scroll bar 
etc)
then I can adjust it for you or you can do it in a way you like.
