   I had a great summer, very relaxing and it has been hard to wrap my 
brain around getting back to work... so much to do I get spaced, but there 
is progress~ chipping away at it, dealing with what is in front of me.

    Listened to the chakra sounds you made, the other night. Very cool! 
Neat to feel the sounds march up the chakras. Not sure which to use! Were 
you going to snip them into individual chakra sounds looped as well?

    Regarding the lesson audio files, do as you think best. Thanks!
