I will continue working with the lesson audio files then, upload them and
update on the helpers list as each batch is finished. :)    

Awesome that the chakra sounds work so well. Percyval had some ideas about
improving them and we were going to have a chat about it. I got distracted
by other circumstances, but now may be a good time to get back to it again. 

One thing we agreed on is to let the chakra scales ascend and descend again,
so the circuit is complete. I can definitely make individual chakra loops as
well.
