[Helpers] Video updates

I've finally fully gotten started with the videos!   I should have a
first example video ready sometime this week. 

There are some issues.  DVD compressed files are very slow to edit, so I
am converting them to a faster video format, which has much less picture
quality and uncompressed audio. Then when I am done editing, I will
replace the data with the full file. This is standard procedure. :)  

The video and audio sync seems to be somewhat off in most of the files.
Although with faster editing (on the smaller files) I should be able to
adjust it fairly easily.  I will write a full report with the first
video. :)
