Hey all, in looking ahead and planning my work load, I thought I'd post
my thoughts on a single, specific helper-project. I know it's always
easier to have a target to focus on than any hugemongous overwhelm
situation. Plus when I read the list of stuff that we could help with,
I start to feel "yesitus" - like saying yes to so many things that no
one thing gets completely done! =0

So here goes _A_ single project overview below. If we like this, then
we can get started on Objective #1, yes? Sandra

Project ... #3,456 right? Hehehe...

Title: Off site links on each FST topic
Scope: To renovate link lists

Overall Objectives:
1. Establish starting point.
2. Start permissions cycle.
3. Assign search topics to individuals.
4. Perform web search (off-site).
5. Perform Mystress-web search ('on-site').
6. Conclusion.

Detail Objectives:
1.1 Identify dead links and post results.
1.2 Identify helper 'sub-team' who'd like to work this project.
1.3 Get a Mystress green light "yes, on the right track" stuff (just in
case the work has already been done, someone has already been assigned
to do so, or priorities have shifted, that sort of thing)
1.4 Assign individuals or teams to each detail.

2.1 Identify working non-Mystress site links
2.2 Generate a generic "May we have your permission to mirror" email.
(Email would need to be clear that the sender is a helper, and that
the permission request is for Mystress-site(s) only.)
2.3 Approve the generic text.
2.4 Review the results of #2.1, so folks don't get multiple requests.
2.5 Write to the folks of #2.1.
2.6 Submit results of permissions received.

3.1 Identify the highest lesson number each helper is on.
3.2 Distribute the 59 topics per a) helper interest and b) lesson
progress. (for example, the sub-team might want to all focus a web
search on the same lesson for a week for a kind of maximum coverage....
the sub-team might divy up the load too, so all lessons are getting
some attention at once....)
3.3 Generate a template for search results (i.e., I envision the
possibility of submitting our results in a way that is html-ready and
friendly.)

4.1 Perform 'off-site' web search on assigned topics.
4.2 Assemble results of web search as an ordered list with the
following:
  a. title of FST lesson
  b. url of relevant link found
  c. title of linked page
  d. line or two of what the page is about
  e. (optional) just for fun, your energy read on the page (what kind
of a 'hit' you got, else why recommend it?) =)
  f. (optional) if a permissions effort is already started (compare
your link to the list of #2.1)
4.3 Forward results of web search to TBA (to be announced, likely
sub-team leader)

5.1 Perform 'on-site' Mystress web search on same assigned topics
  a. domin8rex.com
  b. kundalini-teacher.com
  c. kundalini-gateway.org
  d. FST tea room archives
  e. k-list archives
5.2 Same as #4.2
5.3 Same as #4.3

6.1 Assemble web search results periodically.
6.2 Submit results to Mystress.
6.3 ---project end?!--- =)
